Chattooga Section 4
The Chattooga river is the mother river in the southeast. When this river has water there is a lot of whitewater and wilderness opportunities to be had. There are numerous creeks in the area along with nice river running in the bottom stretches. These pictures are from section four the last section before the river abruptly stops into the man made lake Tugaloo.

The river was running 2.4 on this day. A great level.

Well after the second wettest spring on record in the southeast the rain let up for a while and then one day......... it rained again. It did not stop raining for nearly a week and when all was said and done their were spots with 20 inches of rain. Lots of boating to be had and lots of excellent water. We ended up chillin in NOR GA.
